No accounts. Here's all we keep, and how to clear it.

What we keep

Your ID: a random three-word tag. No name, email, or password. In your browser, a cookie on compact.school, and one server row.
Interviews: your answers, per course. Replaced whole when you change one.
Progress and quiz history: completions, quiz attempts, and their review schedule. The review deck and the app run on this.
Tutor transcripts: last 60 messages, inside your own session only. Used for nothing else. Deleted after 30 days without a message.
Practice tools: your plan (time, days, length, place, time zone), ticked kit items, and practice log. Your calendar feed is served from your ID, so anyone with the ID can read your plan. The tuner hears your mic on your device only; no sound is uploaded.
A vault flag: one bit, set when your Vault key unlocks paid courses. Payment happens on the main site; we never see it.
Language: English or Japanese, in a cb_lang cookie and localStorage compactBand.locale on this device. Not linked to your ID. The tutor is told the page language.

Reset progress: deletes completions, quiz history, practice plan, kit, log, and transcript. Your calendar feed stops. Keeps your ID and interviews.
Disenroll: deletes your practice plan, kit, and log, then clears this browser and the domain cookie. Leftover server rows hold no personal data.
Ask your tutor to change or blank any interview answer.
